30 Pull-ups Approach (workout 3)

Today I completed the 26 reps stamina. If I complete it again in the next workout, then I'll try new maximum of 26 pull-up repetitions in workout number 5.

Endurance Stamina, 26 reps approach:
13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 7; rests 90 sec
; vol=59

Conclusion: Everything goes according to the plan.

30 Pull-ups Approach (workout 2)

It's a holiday and I spent the day in my bed, felt tired. In the last month I did a lot of work in my training studio. Now I need more sleep. Without enough food and water for the day, my evening workout was moderate but good.

Endurance Stamina, 26 reps approach:
plan: 13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 7; rests 90 sec

real: 13, 12, 11*, 7, 7*, 7*; vol=57
* - last repetition done with not a perfect form

Conclusion: The workout was tough for a reason. The total volume increase of two repetitions looks even more positive now.

30 Pull-ups Approach (workout 1)

My current max is 25 reps. The workout for today is approaching 26 reps.

Endurance Stamina:
plan: 13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 7; rests 90 sec

real: 13, 12, 11, 8, 6, 5; vol=55

I did the first half of the workout perfectly. In the fourth set I felt a lack of endurance for the last repetition, my back gave up, and this lasted until the end of the sets.

Conclusion:
The workout is very precisely tuned and soon I will complete it. Then I'll try to do 26 reps.

25 Pull-ups - My new old record

Today I did 25 pull-ups with a perfect form. This is a very good start for this new blog, yeah! I was 18 years old when I set my pull-up record of 25 reps. After 13 years I did it again. Last few years my maximum was about 22-23. A month ago I started to work out again and pull-ups are one of my main targets. Good results for 4 weeks :-)

Progression log:
Dec 02: 20 reps
Dec 16: 22 reps
Dec 22: 25 reps

I'm working on a new endurance training plan. The results are very inspiring.
