30 Pull-ups Approach (workout 2)

It's a holiday and I spent the day in my bed, felt tired. In the last month I did a lot of work in my training studio. Now I need more sleep. Without enough food and water for the day, my evening workout was moderate but good.

Endurance Stamina, 26 reps approach:
plan: 13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 7; rests 90 sec

real: 13, 12, 11*, 7, 7*, 7*; vol=57
* - last repetition done with not a perfect form

Conclusion: The workout was tough for a reason. The total volume increase of two repetitions looks even more positive now.
