30 Pull-ups Approach (workout 3)

Today I completed the 26 reps stamina. If I complete it again in the next workout, then I'll try new maximum of 26 pull-up repetitions in workout number 5.

Endurance Stamina, 26 reps approach:
13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 7; rests 90 sec
; vol=59

Conclusion: Everything goes according to the plan.
